OUR MISSION

The Philly Birth Fund (PBF) provides funds to support access to home birth and other pregnancy-related services for Black women, Black birthing people, and their families in Philadelphia in an effort to reduce Black maternal mortality and morbidity.

OUR VISION

The Philadelphia Birth Fund imagines a world where all Black women, Black birthing people, and their families have access to antiracist, culturally relevant pre and postnatal care and all the financial and community resources and support they need to birth where they feel the most comfortable.

October is Pregnancy, Infant, and Child Loss Awareness Month. We stand with families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child during pregnancy or infancy. Before the month ends, let’s take this time to honor the lives gone too soon
